12:32. এরপর রাজা যারবিয়াম ইস্রায়েল উত্সবের মতো একটি নতুন ছুটির দিনের প্রবর্তন করল| অষ্টম মাসের 15 দিনে এই ছুটি পালিত হত| এসময় রাজা বৈথেল শহরের বেদীতে বলিদান করত| সে তার বানানো বাছুর দুটোর সামনে বলি দিত| রাজা যারবিয়াম বৈথেলে ও উঁচু জায়গায় তার বানানো পূজোর জায়গাগুলোর জন্য যাজকদের বেছে নিয়েছিল|

12:32. Jeroboam inaugurated a festival on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like the festival celebrated in Judah. On the altar in Bethel he offered sacrifices to the calves he had made. In Bethel he also appointed priests for the high places he had made.

12:32. And Jeroboam instituted a religious festival in Bethel, held on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, in imitation of the annual Festival of Shelters in Judah. There at Bethel he himself offered sacrifices to the calves he had made, and he appointed priests for the pagan shrines he had made.
